Who we are

What we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and your focus area (fluency, precision, clarity, or cultural comprehension). Nothing else.
Why we collect it
We use your email for one thing: keeping you in the loop on CreamTea. What we're building, when we're launching, what to expect. You can also tell us your focus area. It helps us build the right product.
Who else sees it
We use Brevo to manage and send our emails. Your email address goes nowhere else. No sharing, no advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as you want to hear from us. Unsubscribe any time from any email, or write to contact@creamtea.app. We'll remove you promptly.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to contact@creamtea.app and we'll get back to you as soon as we can, and within a month at the latest.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
